Owner-attended booth on the day.
Booth set up, calibrated, and run on-site by the owner. Lead capture form available; SMS + email opt-in tracked. No franchise dispatch desk, no subcontracted attendant.
48-hour wrap report.
PDF + dashboard with photo count, unique guests, social shares, opt-in list, and full asset library delivered within 48 hours of teardown. The artifact your team uses to secure next year's budget.

What's the lead time on a branded activation?
Best case: 6 weeks from signed brief to event. We can move faster on tight runways, but design quality scales with timeline. For conferences and holiday parties, book 8-12 weeks ahead.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We sign client NDAs routinely. Send yours with the brief.
How do you handle multi-event campaigns?
Tier 03 (Campaign) is built for it. Reusable overlay + backdrop system, per-event lead capture, and a season wrap-up dashboard. Priority booking dates locked across the season.
What's in the wrap report?
Photo count, unique guests captured, SMS / email shares, opt-in capture rate, top-shared photo reach, demographic breakdown (when AVA Demographics is enabled), and full asset library link. PDF for sharing, dashboard for ongoing reference.
How do payments work?
50% reserves your date. Remainder due 14 days before the event. ACH and check accepted for corporate bookings on request. Payments are non-refundable; if your event is postponed, everything you've paid applies to your new date, subject to availability.
