§03 · FAQ
The questions clients ask first.
Does the selfie booth need an attendant?
Not by default. The Drop-In and Feature tiers are designed to run unattended, we set up before, pick up after. The VIP tier adds a professional attendant for events that want hands-on guest coaching.
How much space does it need?
An 8×8 ft footprint with a standard 120V outlet and WiFi for live sharing. We coordinate with your venue ahead of time.
Do prints come with the selfie booth?
Selfie booth tiers are digital-only by default, instant text and email share. If you want prints, look at the Beauty Mirror Signature or Luxe tiers.
How do payments work?
50% reserves your date. Remainder due 14 days before the event. Payments are non-refundable; if your event is postponed, everything you've paid applies to your new date, subject to availability.
How far do you travel?
Anywhere in Maine. Standard service covers Lewiston / Auburn, Greater Portland, Sugarloaf, Bar Harbor, Cape Elizabeth, and Peaks Island. Travel beyond a 60-mile radius from Lewiston may include a small travel fee, quoted upfront.
