Stripe checkout link in the proposal. 50% reserves your date. Contract signed digitally.
Design + venue coordination.
We design your overlay, you approve. We coordinate logistics with your venue. Final headcount, timeline, and arrival time locked.
Show up. Set up. Make the night.
Ben arrives two hours early. Booth runs through cocktails and reception. Quiet teardown after. Gallery to you within 48 hours.

How fast will I get a proposal?
Within 24 hours, usually same-day. If your event is in the next 30 days or your date has competing inquiries, Ben will text you to confirm before the proposal goes out.
What's in the proposal?
PDF + visual deck. Booth recommendation, tier breakdown, total cost with deposit amount, contract terms, and a Stripe checkout link. No fine print. No hidden fees.
How do payments work?
50% reserves your date. Remainder due 14 days before the event. ACH and check accepted for corporate bookings on request. Payments are non-refundable; if your event is postponed, everything you've paid applies to your new date, subject to availability.
What if my date is already taken?
We'll tell you upfront. If you're flexible, we'll offer the closest available alternatives. If you're not, we'll point you to other Maine vendors we trust.
